Yesterday, the SFMS Men’s Choir went to the Region 9 UIL Choir Concert and Sight Reading Evaluation.
They received an excellent rating on the concert portion and an average rating on their sight reading. This is a great effort considering this is their first time going to contest!
Overall all SFMS choirs received at least an excellent rating on stage and an average rating on sight reading. Our JV Treble Choir received a Superior on Stage and brought home our first ever plaque.
Thanks again to RBB Jazz Band Director Mr. Ainsworth for playing piano for all the choirs, and Mrs. Jones and Mr. Diosdado for coming out to watch!

Cleveland ISD is aware of an incident regarding a staff member at Cleveland Middle School inappropriately handling a student. Following an investigation, the staff member in question has been removed from the campus and is no longer with CISD.

The CHS UIL Academic Literary Criticism team has placed 3rd as they competed in the Caney Creek Invitational this past weekend! They have also ranked in the top 10 teams in the Best of Texas competition!
