Summit K12 recently announced that one of Southside Elementary's own students, Sophia Medina Cruz, was named as a top ESL student of the year in the state of Texas! Sophia has been named for the 4th & 5th grade reading domain and ranks higher than 750,000 other students enrolled in Summit K12.
As part of earning this incredible achievement, Sophia has earned her class an end-of-year party sponsored by Summit K12! We are so proud of Sophia for her state-wide recognition!
