Cleveland ISD Maintenance Department is responsible for maintenance of all school buildings in the district; energy management and sustainability, plumbing and electrical services, operations, HVAC services, grounds maintenance, security maintenance, and so much more. Led by Director of Facilities and Utilities Bryan Brooks, our dedicated staff of groundskeepers, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance specialists work hard every single day to provide a safe and clean environment for both students and staff, and strive for excellence in both customer service and speedy response time.
