Immunization

Texas Department of State Health Services

For information on immunization requirement for students in K-12 grades, please open the file below. We will require all 7th graders to be up to date on current immunization before the start of the school year. Pre-K and Kindergarteners will have to have immunizations record upon registering.

Pre-K must have all 4 year immunizations unless they are entering as a 3 year old. As they become 4 they will have to have immunizations to stay in school and can be excluded from school.

The only additions to 3-4 year old immunizations are the series of HIB vaccines and PCV vaccines. You should have the series of 4 hours or at least one of each after the 1st birthday.

For more information, visit the Texas Department of State Health Service.
